What is an e-book?
An e-book is an "electronic book." This means that it's a file delivered to you through the internet that you can download to your computer and read or print.

What format are your e-books?
All products from The Muses Guide are in PDF format. If multiple PDFs or images are included, the files are zipped into one file for easy downloading.

Do your products work on Windows and Mac computers?
Absolutely! There are few things more frustrating than finding a fantastic product, reading the entire sales page, and discovering at the very bottom that it's in .exe format and only available for Windows users. I'm a Mac user, though we also have multiple PCs in our home, and any product I create will be accessible to Mac and Windows users.

How do I get my download?
We use e-Junkie to accept orders and deliver our products. So even if it's 3am you will receive your download link immediately after placing your order.

What payment methods do you accept?
PayPal (any type including existing funds, Visa, Mastercard, Discover or American Express). If you pay direct with your credit card, you can feel safe that charges process securely through PayPal and the name shown at checkout will be "Elemental Muse" (parent company of The Muses Guide).
